Classroom
Classrooms are sites of learning and exploration in a school. In Royal , the classrooms are well furnished, well ventilated and spacious, which puts the students at ease and makes them comfortable. Overcrowding is prevented by restricting the maximum number of students per class to 30. It also provides for a better rapport between teachers and students, helping to establish a close bond between them.
Library
The collection of books and CD’s range from short stories, poems, adventure stories, General knowledge, General Science, History, Geography, Mathematics, Games and Sports, Language, Art & Craft, encyclopaedias etc. The students of the school are encouraged to develop the habit of reading. They are given opportunities to explore, share and complete projects planned in their curriculum.
Medical Centre
The visiting doctors from the neighborhood hospital with which the institute has tied up , also provide medical facility. The school authorities hold periodic check-ups. A medical officer maintains the record of health of every child.
First – Aid and Medical care is available to the students whenever required. The stock of most needed medicines and First- Aid materials are replenished in advance. Thus the students and staff members are provided prompt medical help whenever required. An attendant is attached to it exclusively. Besides, the Medical Officer of the school, a Health Committee member is always there to attend the students.
Counselling Center - “SPARSH”
The school-counselling centre, “SPARSH”, located on the second floor in Royal International School is managed by the school counsellor, who is a trained Clinical Psychologist. The School Counsellor assists people with educational and career decisions and problems. The School Counsellor helps students evaluate their abilities, interests, talents and personality traits in order to develop realistic academic and career goals. The Counsellor uses interviews, counselling sessions / therapeutic interventions, tests or other methods in evaluating and advising students. The School Counsellor helps to make the child’s school experience the best it can be.
Kitchen And Dining Facilities
High standards of hygiene are maintained in the kitchen and dining area. It is a known fact that for the healthy growth and development of a child nutritious diet is must. A well-balanced and nutritious diet, prescribed by the food committee is provided to students from Nursery to Std. IV and Staff alike. A weekly menu is displayed every week in advance to keep the parents and students informed.

Royal Sports Academy
The Dombivli Yuvak Education Trust s futuristic vision to provide the best sports facilities to all children, Royal Sport Academy (RSA) is an independent body devoted to sports. The Academy offers training and coaching in indoor and outdoor sports i.e. Badminton , basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, , gymnastics and skating, chess, carom . RSA believes in the power of positive programmes for children that support and nurture the overall development of the child through physical activities (sports). Its philosophy, “Opportunity to play”, enables coaches to focus on helping kids develop at a level appropriate to their skills.
Physical Education/Yoga
Physical Education classes include gym and PT classes. PT sessions are outdoor games and sports activities that promote the development of ball skills, running, jumping and good sportsmanship. Yoga sessions will be held indoors and follow a Perceptual Motor Programme aimed at developing spatial awareness, balance and coordination skills. The children are encouraged to demonstrate these skills during our annual Sports Day and inter house and school events.
Administration Block
As we enter the school, we first come across a well laid out, attractively designed administrative block, which is the major hub of all administration work. It is conveniently located near the entrance so that visitors can easily access it even during school hours. After that there is Principal’s office, the main reception area, Accounts and the Personnel department , the uniform shop and the book shop, which cater to the school’s needs.

Computer Lab
The Computer Lab in Royal is fully configured with latest Pentium IV PCs. To keep pace with the world and to keep abreast of all the events happening in the world, the computer lab provides Internet facility to the students .
Dedicated and Competent staff takes pleasure in imparting computer education and to train the children to use the computers and Internet in any field so that they become computer savy. Each and every thing is now controlled by the computer.
Maths Lab
We at Royal use the modern techniques of teaching mathematics. We have a well-equipped Mathematics lab with instruments like algebra kit to explain various algebraic identities, number kit, money kit, fractional kit, integer kit, decimal kit and clocks to explain the various concepts of arithmetic. Even abacus is used to make calculations easy. Various kits to verify the theorems, area of circle, Pythagoras theorem, mid point theorem, area of circle, concept of parallel lines and transversal etc. are very helpful to create interest in geometry.
Science Lab
Science is the study and knowledge of the world around us. This knowledge is gained by observation, experimentation and verification. Practical work is the most important factor in the study of science. These labs help to bring the subject alive, interesting and generate interest among the students. Experimentation in these labs is a regular feature of the school curriculum which enhances the understanding power of the students and makes the subject interesting for them.
Language Lab
The school offers labs that are set up to enhance the linguistic skills of the students through an exhaustive resource of books, CDs, VCDs, DVDs and other study material in English, Hindi
Art Lab
The Art Lab is a spacious and airy place where Children can discover their creativity in this airy and comfortable room. The room is equipped with every kind of art material and has an environment conducive to inculcate interest in learning. The display boards on the walls exhibit the brilliant work of the creative young minds. Clay Modeling is also taught to the students.
Music And Dance Lab
It provides instruction in singing, listening, playing instruments like casio , table , Guitar , flute ,caroke and moving in response to music. The learning experiences enhance creativity, confidence and self-expression. Through recitals, concerts and presentations, the children are encouraged to demonstrate these musical and rhythmic skills.
